Circus team building
Circus team building is a very popular way to build community spirit as participants have the opportunity to learn new tricks and games that they probably would have not learnt before, whilst having loads of fun!. Circus Elements tutors are well experienced and they have taught circus skills at many events, from corporate to festivals, community centres, and camps, and to people from age 4 to adult, abled and less-abled
A typical session will include circus games for the fun of it and then 3 to 4 activities from the list below: juggling, flower sticks, plate spinning, stick balancing, poi spinning, unicycling, hoola hoops
Making circus props
After learning the professional way to juggle the team may want to take home their new skills. Juggling ball making can be included into the workshop to enable particpants to continue juggling even in the workplace. Studies show that the left right brain stimuli which is applied to juggling and other circus skills can actually be beneficial to improved brain function. Imagine the whole team juggling away in their breaks at work!. Wow what a production team.
